Being new to DIY I had a cart packed with another supplier, had one recipe to double check the flavours on and wanted to place the order yesterday morning. Prices went up overnight. I then remembered this thread and thought I will give Blckvapour a shot. Damn man, order placed 15h10 yesterday. Delivered to my office 10h10 this morning!!! Superb service @Richio and team.
Ended up not adding the flavours for the recipe in any case, completely forgot about it in the end.
 
Shout out to @Richio and the team at Blck for the exceptionally quick turn around time on my order (delivered within a few hours), some free samples and the V3 Chubby Gorilla bottles! The new tips on these bottles as @Rob Fisher mentioned elsewhere is a blessing as there is no unintentional juice spillage from the tip.

What an awesome vendor this is. I ordered with them on 3 occasions now. On 2 of the 3 occasions I got my delivery on the same day I placed my order. They even add some samples from time to time which I love. This makes me order more often and more quantities. You guys rock!
 
Order placed and order arrived on time as usual.

Slight problem with a wrong item but I got hold of them and no stress, courier will be dispatched to collect the wrong item and deliver the new one.

I will keep on buying from BLCK as I have for the last few years cause their service is unmatched.

It’s happened twice where I’ve forgotten something from my order, a quick mail n they sort it out immediately.
Wish every business I dealt with were as outstanding as these guys are.
 
I've been an avid reader of the forum for years but never registered. Literally just registered now after many years to heap praise on Blckvapour. Great service and speed. Even got sent a free date concentrate during Ramadan! :):campeon: Thanks @Richio

I have not been actively vaping and participating on the forum much lately, but getting back into it. Placed my 2nd order for some DIY stuff yesterday, and realized tonight that my TFA Acetyl Pyrazine had gone bad. Messaged @Richio via whatsapp to ask if he could add it to my order. Within minutes I had a reply, a coupon code for free shipping and a quick catch-up. Even some advice and juice suggestions on how to kick the stinkies again. I can see why the man's business has only grown from strength to strength. Thanks bud, still my favorite DIY supplier after all this time.
 
This is such an honest retailer! I placed a small order but one of the payment options bombed out, so I used the other one. I hadn't realised that the first payment had gone through. A few days ago I received a message from Blck Vapour, saying that they had picked up a double payment and wanting me to confirm. I checked my bank account and confirmed that the payment had gone through twice. Within the hour they had EFTd a refund to my bank account. Wow! Thank you @Richio.

And, by the way, I'm ashamed to say that I haven't tried that One Shot Kit which you sent me in June - heavens, where has the time gone to? However, it will be next coffee review (after an eCiggies juice which I will post this weekend)
 
A massive thanks to @Richio and BLCK, as well as Carla from Vapewarehouse.co.za(not sure if there is a user here for her or them).

I ordered some Nic with my last order on 24/08/18. This was received on Monday and I quickly mixed up to of my ADV's. When I cracked them open on Tuesday I immediately tasted something was off. The only thing both these mixes have in common that would have been new are TFA Graham Crust and the Nicotine. I mixed a batch with another bottle of Graham Crust which had been used before and it had the exact same weird almost biscuit like flavour.

All that was left was the nicotine and upon smelling the bottel of Nic it had a very strong chemical odour. I don't usually sniff a bottle of Nic but I have before and don't recall there ever being any strong smell.

Long and short of it is, I mailed BLCK on 29/08/18 regarding the issue and my mail was almost immediately forwarded to Carla from vapewarehouse.co.za. Come today, not even 24hrs later and I have a replacement bottle in my hands. This is super service once again from hands down the best online retailer I have dealt with in not only the Vaping space, but overall.
 
Really great service, I've ordered from them twice and received same day delivery on both occasions.
 
Yesterday i placed a very small order, think it was just under 300. I wanted to try Hardwicks ice cream one shot. So i placed it around 8 yesterday, expecting delivery today or tomorrow as per usual with vendors. To my surprise when i stopped at home, there was my package. Same day delivery on a small order. Brilliant stuff @Richio!
Im just awestruck that even guys like me placing small orders gets suck amazing service. Well done to you sir!
 
I've been a supporter and customer of Blck Vapour since November 2016 and all of my experiences with them have been positive; barring the latest one:

When the Cape Town store opened I stopped ordering online and started visiting the physical store instead as they aren't too far away from where I live.
During my first visit I was informed that there was a problem earning loyalty points of the physical store purchases and adding them to the profiles linked to the online store but was assured that they would sort it out and backdate the accumulation of loyalty points.

I purchase from them monthly and spend anywhere from R600 - R1000 each month so by now I would have racked up a mediocre amount of loyalty points but I have quite a few loyalty points linked to my online profile. I sent Richio a pm asking about when they would integrate the purchases from the physical store and add it to the online profile nearly a week ago but no response.

Now I know that I am not entitled to loyalty points; it is an incentive offered to encourage loyal customers to keep purchasing from them. What I am disappointed by is the fact they they couldn't even be bothered to reply. I do not expect this issue to be resolved immediately, but given that I have been buying from them for over two years the least I expect is a reply. Even if it was just to say "We know about the issue and we're working on it".

I've enquired about the same thing and have also been purchasing at the store since they've opened.

My humble apologies for the delay on this. Please bare with us as we've been hard at work on our new site (which means moving to a new points system) and did not want to make any false promises with regards to how the points would work as we were having issues syncing the 2 stores.
It is is taking longer than expected to transfer over all the customers and points over but this will be resolved soon. I will update this thread once it has been completed.

Great service.

I ordered at 10:00 yesterday, BLCK's first day back for 2020, and got my order in Cape Town at 08:00 this morning.
 
I did my first DIY order late yesterday afternoon and was really surprised when my stuff arrived first thing this morning. What outstanding service for a new customer to experience right off the bat.

This is what I ordered and considering that this complete order was less than what I pay monthly on my monthly juice it looks like making my own will work out a lot cheaper all round.

Have a look at the DIY beverage section here on the forum, there are quite a few very good coffee recipes about.
You can also check the classifieds section, @Geldart39 is selling a ton of concentrates for a fraction of their value. The flavours you bought will not get you far in terms of recipes, so his post may be a really cheap way of getting well on your way. His list has all the essentials and quite a few odd and obscure flavours.
 
@CJB85 I did not want to order a huge amount on the flavors straight off as I still need to play around and see what I like. Once I have my flavors sorted then I will look at ordering a larger amount at a time.

I know exactly what you mean, hence my mention of the post in classifieds.
He is selling what must be more than 100 concentrates, so VG and a scale for R400.
