Im looking to get a pod device as my current setups (Gear RTA/Revolver/Serpent/Zeus) uses up too much juice. So looking for something that is DTL but used for lower wattage/higher nic so that i can save on juice during this covid lockdown disaster

Ive never used or bought a pod device, so i dont even know where to start looking or what to look for. I see people talk a lot about smok rpm80 but i ive had terrible experiences with smok before

Ideally a refillable pod, long lasting coils and replacement coils not costing an arm or leg. I havent used commercial coils in years so i dont even know the quality of the coils of today

Thanks in advance

I don't like the vinci the thing won't stop leaking no matter what coil I put in it.
It is a paper weight now...

Hi
It my short stint with vaping and the pod system.
Used a Smok RPM40 had some leaking issues.
Got a RPM80 awesome vape. Coils not arm and leg and like the top fill.
But I have been using the Vapresso PM80 for about 5 days now and I must say I'm loving it. Got the 0.2ohm coil in currently and its amazing. I'm running it at about 45w the flavour that you get is really nice.
When at work i run it at about 33w still very good flavour and the battery last long then.
Coils is about R70 currently. But i read some guys are saying that the coils last about 3 weeks.
Must say i would go for the PM80

@SmokeyJoe The new Smok Nord 2 looks interesting - it even has VW (1 - 40W). I'll be trying it out in the next day or two.

Good luck @SmokeyJoe

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the Caliburn but also never used a pod system so only going on what I hear.

I helped another colleuge buy a Aegis Boost from Vape Cartel last night. It was pretty much the only plase that sells a pod and have the coils for it as well as the RBA kit.

My boss just bought her first devices as well, went for a Vaporesso Osmall for her and her partner. The reviews are good and the are CHEAP. If you want a pod just for now until the ban ends, maybe this is another one to consider?

I also saw them on Sir Vape's site. Looks very good.

Ideal for just a few months to get you through whatever we are going through right now. The only thing is the battery. 350 mah will not last me a smoke break let alone a whole shift. But at that price you can buy 2.

I am also in the market for a pod.

I do however have a few small issues. I currently vape on a pulse 80w with a profile RDA. I use this as i drive around a lot for work, so the 8ml juice capacity is a great advantage as is the easy battery change.
Is there a pod system out there that has a juice capacity close to 8ml, with a battery capacity that will last a whole day, or replaceable battery options?

any feedback would be awesome.
Thanks.

The Vinci X is a good option with 5.5ml capacity and it takes an 18650 battery.

An older device but I have been using it daily for a few days now.
I get a full day on the battery and pod filled 24mg salts.
Pod is wet,but it doesn't leak or leak out.
MTL compared to a Mills and better for restricted DL
Drag nano pod and flavour is acceptable.
And the other one I'm using is the freemax gem25. A little more juice needed and on a high nic the battery should get you through the day. It has
more airflow even on the MTL pod/tank.

Don't know if it will work for you,but you can check it out. Both has a quick charge cycle.

I bought the RPM80 for a smoker, they're happy with the lighter coil at 28W 70%VG. Have had 0 complaints.

I would love one of these personally. This is the first pod mod to have proper appeal to me, even the weaker coil compared to many for me is just different.

It has options.
There is a pro version which takes 18650's as well.
There is an add-on which allows you to use normal atty's. Don't have it so cannot comment on it.
RBA, can install your own, though limited, will be cheaper, possibly last longer/taste better, have heard good things. Have yet to replace the normal coil, though I do have the RBA and am using it next.

The coils are really good, I usually use an RDA, the flavor on the RPM is unexpected, seem to last a decent time too.

i like the option of the 18650 battery, make (charging) way more manageable.
The RBA is nice to have, and will be fun to play with, although the disposable coils will most likely be the go to as i have never really tasted “that” much of a difference between disposable mesh coils and the mesh coil on the profile RDA.
Thank you for the feedback, it is much appreciated.
