I would suggest you either phone or email vapeking directly.
Retailers sometimes dont come on the forum throughout the day and just now your order gets shipped before these post is seen.

Your order was placed at 21:39 on Sunday your EFT only reflected today into our account. Unfortunately you will only recieve your item on Wednesday. It leaves today though.
The estimate is based credit card payments which instantly reflect into our account. Sorry about this but we need to wait for funds to clear first.

You will find, that thanks to a dodgy samurai, very few places will accept a proof of payment to warrant dispatch of goods. Funds clearing into a bank account before dispatch of goods is a very common thing now days. This not only refers to the vaping world, but to many other industries as well.

I had a bad experience with Vape King before but based on my latest order it seems like things are improving. My battery charger gave in and I couldn't find stock at the usual suspects in Cape Town. I looked on the Vape King site and they had stock. I ordered Monday mid-morning and the order was quickly acknowledged. It was dispatched an hour or two later and arrived early on Tuesday morning. Before my battery even had time to run out! Excellent experience this time.
Tried out Vapeking Stoneridge mall Edenvale, there was a massive blonde guy behind the counter, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
Will definitely be going back.

I would suggest putting more info under the item description or somewhere stating how items are picked to be sent.
I ordered the superhero battery wraps. It said it comes in a pack of 10 that's all. So going by the picture showing all the different ones I would have thought you would get 1 or 2 of each to make up the 10. I then bought 2 sets to make sure I get 2 of each at least so that I can distinguish between my batteries. Package came and I have 10 Superman and 10 Captain America. So yeah doesn't really help.

Upon receiving the parcel i see most of the stuff is correct but theres a problem.
I ordered…
1x lemon ice tea
2x Strawberry lemon cake
Instead i got 2x Lemon ice tea and no Strawberry lemon cake.
No biggie i guess.. ill just email them
They respond Immediately!
Not only do They send me my 2x Strawberry lemon cake Rikitik…
They tell me keep the extra lemon ice tea as a New years present

Id just like to give the guys at Vape King Fourways a big thank you!
i was on training from Cape Town and i thought popping in at Vape King would be great and it was.
You guys have a awesome team there and made me feel right at home from the minute i walked in!
Just like to say thank you so much again for the great vapes and the great chats!

Well... There goes my petrol after a 25 min drive only to find the shop closed after their website clearly says open until 2pm... Expected much better than this. Won't recommend Vape King.

Well, what a disappointment.
The shop is small, dirty, and has that porn/sex shop vibe, which is cool if that is what you are after...
The staff? Abysmal. Two dudes, who look and act as if they would be at home in some skaterbooi video or as extra's in a youtube "here hold my beer while i"..
At any rate, the experience left me vowing never to set foot in that particular shop again.
Low stock levels, few devices, and lots of "its on the website man".
Perhaps getting rid of the comfy couch and adding some ventilation, and maybe a window clean, and a general wash would help.
As to the staff... still not sure if they have surfaced from their post party daze..
